For listings involving doctors, lawyers, labs, rentals, or similar services, Derick247 is a marketplace/intermediary. Vendors/Providers are responsible for lawful processing of any professional or sensitive data they collect from End Clients. Do not upload health diagnoses, legal case files, or other sensitive details to public listings.
We may update this Policy. If changes are material, we will provide notice (e.g., in-app/email). Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Policy.
